The time and kilometer will start and end at our office.

Day means Calendar Day.

Parking, permit, interstate taxes, entry fees, toll etc., will be charged on actuals.

Driver allowance for outstation usage will be Rs.100/= per Night.
* A minimum of 250 kms per day will be charged for all outstation trips.

Service Tax will be charged on gross billing as per prevailing government rates.

Bills will be submitted in 30 days and the payment for the same to be made within 15 days.

Current price of fuel Diesel Rs.51.80 . (01-05-16) Any increase above
one rupee of the current prices will warrant a proportional hike in the tariff.

10Hrs / 100 Kms (A/c Duties) charges applicabe only if the usage exceeds 7 Hrs.

Every aditional 2 Hrs after 10 Hours usage, will lead to next slab.

For out of city limit, driver charges will be charged extra @ Rs. 250.(Mahabalipuram, Irungutakottai, Minjur & Tiruvalluvar)
